Minimum requirements:

• Higher education in Law (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree)

The Expert in Corporate, Institutional Security & Private Investigations holds a strategic and operational role in safeguarding personnel, assets, information, and organizational processes. The position involves advanced risk analysis, vulnerability identification, security incident management, and the development of preventive and corrective measures at corporate, informational, and operational levels.

Responsibilities include conducting internal and external investigations within the limits of applicable law, performing integrity checks and due diligence (operational, reputational, and legal components), behavioural assessment in sensitive contexts, threat monitoring, incident investigation, impact evaluation, and the preparation of operationally relevant analytical reports. The expert contributes to the development of internal security policies and procedures, audits, complex risk assessments, and to strengthening organizational resilience and operational continuity mechanisms.

The role operates at the intersection of legal, technical, and operational domains, requiring permanent cooperation with CHESTOR-Group subdivisions and professional interaction with clients, partners, and relevant institutions. The expert uses the company’s operational infrastructure — including the 24/7 Monitoring, Analysis and Operational Coordination Center — for incident analysis, event correlation, and support in decision-making processes.

Handling of sensitive information is carried out under strict confidentiality and in accordance with applicable regulations.

Minimum requirements:

• Higher education in relevant fields (law, security, criminology, military studies, security management)
•  Proven experience in corporate security, incident investigation, risk management, private investigations or law enforcement structures
• Strong knowledge of legal frameworks governing private security, data protection, investigations, incident reporting, criminal law and related regulations
• Advanced competencies in risk analysis and security incident management, including economic and information security
• Ability to conduct due diligence (operational, legal, reputational)
• Familiarity with legal methods of information gathering and analysis (OSINT / HUMINT)
• Ability to interpret complex data, including technical information from CCTV, access control, AI modules and operational infrastructure
• Technical knowledge of security systems (AI video analytics, access control, integrated electronic solutions) — advantage

The Sales & Business Development Manager develops and implements the commercial strategy of CHESTOR-Group, strengthening the professional positioning of its services at national and international level. The role involves identifying and capitalising on market opportunities, managing the corporate client portfolio, preparing tailored commercial proposals and representing the company in institutional and corporate engagements. The manager oversees the full commercial cycle — from needs assessment to negotiation and contract finalisation — in accordance with internal policies, applicable legislation and CHESTOR-Group standards.

This is a position combining elements of strategic development with operational coordination, requiring close collaboration with technical, legal and compliance units to integrate multidisciplinary services (physical and technical security, private investigations, legal advisory, compliance, risk management). The role also includes participation in corporate promotion initiatives, managing the company’s commercial image, developing partnerships with institutional and corporate stakeholders and representing CHESTOR-Group at professional events, while ensuring strict confidentiality of commercial and operational information.

Minimum requirements:
Higher education (economics, law, management, marketing or related fields)
Relevant experience in sales, corporate relations, business development or professional services marketing
