SECURITY AGENT / SECURITY OFFICER
The Security Agent ensures the protection of individuals, property, assets and sensitive information, including close protection, personal escort and transport escort activities, within the limits permitted by the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. The role involves access control, surveillance and oversight of assigned areas, identification of risk situations, and the application of preventive and adequate response measures in accordance with internal procedures and established security standards. The position is multidisciplinary and covers the full range of activities specific to physical and operational security.

- Secondary, vocational or higher education

ENGINEERING, SECURITY SYSTEMS & IT DEPARTMENT
The Engineering, Security Systems & IT Department oversees the design, integration, installation, configuration and maintenance of electronic security systems, telecommunications systems and IT infrastructure. It implements advanced technologies (AI-based video analytics, IP systems, intelligent access control, fire detection, alarm systems, CCTV, networking) and ensures technical supervision in accordance with applicable legislation, international standards and CHESTOR-Group internal procedures.
SECURITY SYSTEMS, ELECTRONICS & TELECOMMUNICATIONS ENGINEER
The engineer designs, configures, integrates and supervises electronic security and communication systems. The role ensures technical compliance, AI-module integration, IT infrastructure alignment, operational optimisation and coordination of technical processes. The engineer provides advanced support, prepares technical documentation and contributes to the implementation of specialised solutions.
The position is technical, complex and multidisciplinary, involving technology integration, collaboration with installation teams, technical interventions, equipment verification, operational coordination and compliance with internal procedures, safety regulations and technical standards. Confidential handling of technical and operational information is mandatory.

24/7 MONITORING AND OPERATIONAL COORDINATION OFFICER
The 24/7 Monitoring and Operational Coordination Officer is responsible for continuous supervision of security technologies, real-time information flow processing and operational event management within the Monitoring, Analysis and Operational Coordination Center 24/7. The officer analyses alerts generated by AI-driven modules integrated into CCTV networks, access control systems and all categories of security and technical alarm systems, identifies risks, initiates alert procedures and coordinates operational communication between CHESTOR-Group divisions as well as with clients and partners, strictly within assigned responsibilities.
Core responsibilities include technical monitoring, validation of operational data, preparation of analytical reports (including AI-supported assessments), incident documentation, internal process synchronization and operational support for management-level decision-making. All activities are carried out in compliance with internal procedures, operational standards and applicable legislation.
Minimum requirements:
- Secondary specialized or higher education
- Practical knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, access control, security and technical alarm systems), including the use of AI-based video analytics

The Jurisconsult provides multidisciplinary legal support, ensures the protection of the organisation’s interests and secures compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Moldova. The role includes drafting and reviewing legal documents, assessing legal risks, interpreting applicable regulations, issuing recommendations, representing the organisation before authorities and monitoring legislative developments. The position involves advanced risk analysis, vulnerability identification, security incident management, and the development of preventive and corrective measures at corporate, informational, and operational levels.
Responsibilities include conducting internal and external investigations within the limits of applicable law, performing integrity checks and due diligence (operational, reputational, and legal components), behavioural assessment in sensitive contexts, threat monitoring, incident investigation, impact evaluation, and the preparation of operationally relevant analytical reports. The expert contributes to the development of internal security policies and procedures, audits, complex risk assessments, and to strengthening organizational resilience and operational continuity mechanisms.
The role operates at the intersection of legal, technical, and operational domains, requiring permanent cooperation with CHESTOR-Group subdivisions and professional interaction with clients, partners, and relevant institutions.
